Real ownership from day one

In a small team there is no place to hide, and no need to. New joiners work on real problems from their first weeks, ship work that goes into production and see the impact of their decisions directly.

No silos

Researchers, engineers and traders sit together and solve problems together. A question about a model, a system or a market can be answered by walking a few steps, and the people who build a system are the people who improve it.
